No high-pressure washers are ever used.
High pressure can permanently damage stone — we never take that risk.
Our process includes gentle cleaning with soft-bristled brushes, followed by the application of a professional-grade biological cleaning solution. This solution works over time to safely break down biological growth like algae, lichen, and mold — and continues protecting the stone for 1 to 3 years, depending on local weather conditions.

The biological solution continues working gradually after application, with full results developing over several weeks as organic staining naturally fades away.
